Service Description

Safeguarding is not a solo mission. That’s why I’ve launched The Safeguardians — a growing professional community of people who care deeply about safe, ethical, and effective work in the humanitarian and development sectors. We’re not just a network — we’re a trust circle of practitioners who: Share real-life challenges, lessons learned, and practical tools Offer each other peer support, insights, and feedback Help raise standards and build solutions that actually work Stay grounded in integrity, care, and mutual respect If you’re someone who believes that safeguarding and organizational development should be more than compliance — you’ll fit right in. Whether you’re a safeguarding focal point, advisor, trainer, or just someone passionate about doing this work well, you’re welcome here. Want to join? Drop me a message — I’d love to hear from you. Let’s connect. Let’s grow. Let’s protect — together. Because no one should have to figure this out alone.

My motivation

I believe in making organizations stronger and more capable — so they can better serve people in need. This is not just technical work. It’s about justice, care, and impact.

I work directly with teams, focusing on people, not just policies. Staff are the heart of any NGO — and when they’re equipped, confident, and supported, everything else follows.

My approach

I bring a practical, friendly, and collaborative style. I don’t overcomplicate. I don’t deliver one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I meet your team where they are, and we build together — step by step — systems that make sense, feel real, and actually work.

My values

  • Strong local NGOs are the foundation of effective humanitarian response

  • Transparency and accountability build trust and sustainability

  • Do no harm is more than a principle — it's the heart of every system I help design
