That’s why real capacity development starts with the team. It’s about honest conversations, shared vision, and building something meaningful together. I support organizations in assessing their strengths and challenges, and co-creating development plans that are practical, empowering, and rooted in reality. What I Offer: • Facilitated Team Meetings: Coordination and facilitation of 1–3 interactive sessions with the organization’s team to assess capacities across key areas (leadership, operations, HR, finance, program quality, etc.) • Tailored Assessment Tools: Selection or co-development of capacity assessment tools based on your context • Stakeholder Consultations: Inclusion of board, partners, or community perspectives if needed • Analysis & Reporting: Clear summary of strengths, weaknesses, and strategic risks • Improvement Plan: Co-creation of a realistic, time-bound development plan with priorities, actions, and milestones • Optional Coaching: Continued support to team leaders or key staff responsible for implementation The price will depend on the number of documents, depth of revision required, and donor-specific complexity.
